Our methodology places the customer slap bang in the centre of decision-making, allowing our clients to make confident, informed decisions about how they should interact with their customers.

We use a blend of investigative and ethnographic research techniques to develop true customer insight.  Using this understanding we develop user insight tools for our clients such as customer journey maps, personas and roadmaps, helping them to use them to make decisions in areas such as platform choice, media, content, messaging and technology, uncovering those key “moments of truth” where customers are won or lost.

Consumer behaviours are more fluid and transient than ever before.  Boomers, Generation Xers, Zeds and Millennials all navigate a world of continually-changing platforms and media in their buying decision-making process.

Brands, media, influencers and even consumers themselves are all caught up in the pursuit of being noticed amongst this noise.

For our client JET, a large-scale leisure operator across the North and West of England, we helped them develop their end-to-end customer experience strategy for a new trampoline park.   We were lucky enough to be involved right at the beginning, meaning we could help inform decisions around building layout and product offering, as well as digital and customer experiences.
